1. Who we are

Jhoveth Lee-Overy Aesthetic Clinic & Training Academy Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are based at Marley Mount Crescent, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3PJ. You can contact us about your data at info@jhovethleeovery.co.uk or on +44 7398 769616.

2. What information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run the clinic safely:

  • Enquiry and booking details — name, phone number, email address and any message you send us through a callback, consultation or enquiry form.
  • Treatment information — the treatment you are interested in and the page or form it came from, so we route your enquiry correctly.
  • Client records — if you become a client, we keep consultation notes, medical history and treatment records, which is a legal and clinical necessity for aesthetic practice.
  • Technical data — standard server and browser information (such as IP address and device type) processed when you use the site.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange your callback or consultation and manage your bookings.
  • To send appointment reminders and clinic updates you have agreed to receive.
  • To keep lawful clinical records of consultations and treatments.
  • To improve the website, understand which pages are useful and keep it secure.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you; client health records on the basis of providing healthcare and our legal obligations; and marketing messages only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that operate the clinic: our online booking system (Setmore), our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) — used to store enquiries and send appointment communications — and our website and email platform. Where data is handled by these providers, it remains protected under UK data protection law. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a regulator or in an emergency where someone's health is at risk.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months. Clinical records are retained in line with professional record-keeping requirements for aesthetic practice. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and deleted promptly when you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@jhovethleeovery.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site keeps it simple:

  • Strictly necessary — essential functionality such as remembering your cookie choice and keeping the site secure. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — used only to understand how visitors use the site, and only where you have consented.

When you first visit, our consent banner lets you accept all cookies or essential ones only. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site, which will show the banner again. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page. Questions? Call us on +44 7398 769616 or email info@jhovethleeovery.co.uk.

We use essential cookies to run this site, plus optional analytics to improve it. Read our cookie policy.
