These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which treatments are provided by Jhoveth Lee-Overy Aesthetic Clinic & Training Academy Ltd, Marley Mount Crescent, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3PJ. The clinic operates strictly by appointment.
The content on this site — including treatment descriptions, prices and before/after material — is for general information and is not medical advice. Prices shown are indicative, can change, and for many treatments are confirmed only after a consultation. Images on this site are illustrative; results vary from person to person and no guarantee of any specific outcome is given or implied. All content, imagery and branding on this site belong to the clinic and must not be reproduced without permission.
Most treatments begin with a consultation, which may be in person or by video call. Treatment is only carried out after a suitability assessment, and a patch test is required for laser and semi-permanent make-up treatments. We reserve the right to decline treatment — or to suggest a more suitable alternative — where we do not believe it is appropriate for you.
Bookings are made through our online booking system or directly with the clinic and are confirmed by us. Payment for treatments is taken at the appointment unless otherwise agreed; where a deposit or prepayment applies to a booking, the terms will be explained to you at the time of booking. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us on +44 7398 769616 as early as possible. Medical contraindications, pregnancy and certain medications can mean treatment cannot proceed — you will always be told before any charge arises.
Aesthetic treatments carry risks, which are discussed at consultation before you consent to any procedure. Nothing on this website creates a practitioner–client relationship, and you should not delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read here. If you have a medical concern, please speak to your GP.
The site links to external services, including our booking platform, social media and messaging apps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted.
